After graduating with a First Class from Bangalore University, I have worked as an Art Director in advertising for 14 years. Some of my work has won awards. I began exhibiting my paintings in 2013, and have had several group and solo shows. Painting is a continuous learning experience, and I love the process – your perception of art evolves as you do. Lately, I find myself drawn more and more towards abstract landscapes – something I never had thought of earlier. Art for me is about capturing an emotion, a moment, sometimes a fleeting one. My work has been sent to the US, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. I also work on commissioned projects – creating art for a particular space and area indoors or outdoors.
